My teaching philosophy is grounded in balancing guidance with autonomy. I try to understand where students are in their learning journey and provide the appropriate balance of guidance, structure, and independence. As an instructor, I believe it is important to encourage students to apply concepts to familiar situations, making abstract ideas more tangible and meaningful. I try to incorporate interactive elements such as group discussions, in-class exercises, and experiential activities.
